An evening of celebration is planned for 9th November to express our thanks to Archbishop Farrell upon his departure from Ossory.  Evening Prayer will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church and there will be an opportunity to meet at St. Kieran’s College afterwards. Further details will be announced when they come to hand.

Our sacred space has been prepared for Remembrance Mass for those parishioners who died during the past 12 months.  All are welcome.

The priests will be available in St. John’s Church from 7.00pm to 8.00pm on this Tuesday evening to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Masses at 8.00am and 10.30am at St. John's Church.

The candidates for the Sacrament of Confirmation in our parish will be formally enrolled.  The candidates and their parents will make a commitment to prepare well for the celebration of the sacrament.

Thursday is the Feast of St. Blaise. A physician before he became a bishop, he is venerated as patron of those who suffer from disease of the throat. The priests will bless throats after 8.00am and 10.30am Masses on Thursday

We will celebrate the Sacrament of the Sick during 10.30 Mass on Friday morning. Those in our community who are unwell may come and join in our communal prayer for the sick and be anointed with the Oil of the Sick.
